Please read the following essential information for registering for gymnastics sessions.
- We require an annual registration fee of $30 to secure your spot for the session.
- We accept cash, card, check, and Venmo.
- Tuition for the 11-week main session is $275, and $220 for the mini session.
- Tuition is due on or before your child’s first gymnastics class.
Your child will attend class once a week for 45 minutes. The class starts with a brief open gym, followed by a quick warm-up/stretch, an explanation of what will be taught that day, and then the gymnastics fun begins. Classes have 16-18 students per class with two lead coaches and 1 to 2 assistant coaches. Recreational classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We also offer competitive programs at the academy; all students start in recreational programs. If you are interested in the competitive programs, please let us know!
SPOND App
Weather cancelations will be posted in the app and our Facebook page as well as holiday closing. In house re-enrollment and invoices will be sent out through the app. You will get notifications sent straight to your phone so you will not miss any AOG news.
There is a messaging feature, so any questions or comments you may have you can direct message!
PLEASE DO NOT make payment through the app- it will charge you a fee. Payment methods accepted:
- Cash: Only accepted in an envelope with your child’s name and amount written on it. Don’t have an envelope just ask, we have extras!
- Check
- Venmo: aog_academy (please include your gymnasts name and class time in the comment section)
- Cards: Miss Ashlee will swipe cards in the building. Auto payments will no longer be accepted.
- Once again please DO NOT pay through SPOND app- if you pay through the app you will be charged with a fee.

Once downloaded, enter your information to create an account and open your email for your access code to verify your account
Once your account is created, select ‘join an existing group’ and enter the AOG group code: HVFFW
Attire:
Your athlete should attend class in a leotard or athletic attire, preferably barefoot with long hair tied back. (Please avoid bobby pins, baggy clothes, or jeans.)
Pick-Up/Drop-Off:
Parents, please enter the building for drop-off or pick-up. Children will not be allowed to leave the building without an adult. Enter the parking lot to the right of the building; on-street drop-off is not permitted. Main Gym – please use the front entrance. Mini Gym – please use the back entrance.
Ages:
Main Gym classes start at age 4.5. Mini Gym classes are for gymnasts below the age of 4.5.
Make-Up Classes:
Make-up classes are offered once a month. A sign-up sheet will be posted in our SPOND app. If you sign up but do not attend, your class will be considered “made up.” We do not offer make-up classes during the summer; instead, we offer pro-rating. Pro-rating is only accepted at the beginning of the season, not after a missed class.
Late Fees:
Spots will not be held without the registration fee or full payment. If tuition is paid a week late, a $15.00 late fee will be applied.
The registration form is available in our app as a fillable PDF. Please complete the form and send it back via Spond direct message for enrollment to be considered complete.
To secure a spot, a $30 registration fee must be paid. We accept Venmo, PayPal, check, and card. Venmo and PayPal information can be found in the link above.
If paying with Venmo or PayPal, PLEASE include the student’s full name and class day/time.
